it is not a bad thing to be too sensitive. being sensitive is a good thing it means you have a heart and not just towards your family but towards everybody. you are just a good person.

Why do you cry? You've gotta have a think about what you are upset about, hey.. ;) I don't think anyone can be too sensitive - it's great to be aware of your emotions, but i reckon you need to sort out why they happen.
If you cry when your Mum goes to work - do something to take your mind off it, it's alright to cry coz you are alone, but why not whack on some tunes that make you feel good, and dance around the house like a lunatic!! Do stupid stuff in the mirror - make yourself grin, at least.. ;) Hate to sound all cliche, but life is hell too short for bein' hard on yourself, so chin up and get grinnin!! Hope i've said something that might help ya. Email me if you like.. darin666666@hotmail.com..
Have an awesome day.. ;))

I think that you should seek counseling for why you are crying like this every time your mom leaves or you are alone. A counselor can get to the root problem of what is really bothering you. I am no expert here so I can not say if something is wrong with you or not. All I can say is seek help so you can lead a more happier life. Good luck! I really mean it!

How old are you? it sounds more like you're depressed. If my mom was leaving me alone everyday, I'd be crying, too. Why is she leaving you alone? Don't you have any friends to hang out with? This is crazy. If you're old enough to have a job, hobbies, car, etc., you should be out doing things. If not, you should be involved in some activities that don't leave you alone. No one likes to spend the day isolated by themselves. It's not healthy.
You should call a grandparent, neighbor, aunt, friend, someone to be with so you're not hanging out by yourself. More importantly, show your mom the answers to this question and get some help! Tomorrow! Don't spend another week doing this.
Take care & Good luck!

Wow that does sound very sensative. Maybe you have to close of an emmeshment issue with your mom. Maybe you should see a conselor. Or maybe you suffer from depression. I mean i break down crying a lot for no reason but i am under a lot of stress right now, and i suffer from depression, and i am pregnant so that explains my issue. Do you have a lot of stress in your life?? Maybe you should try speaking with a conselor about your issues. And i dont mean that in a bad way. Cause god knows that i have too and sometimes it really does help.

There is nothing wrong with you. We all cry for some reason.
Could it be that you are lonely? Or could it be that you don't want to be alone? Talk to your mom - she's the best person to talk to. If you don't want that, talk to your friend. Still if you don't want that, talk to a professional. Talking to someone usually helps.
Just to cheer you up, visit passthison.com and watch the video clip of Ms. Chan. there are two clips. they're really funny.
Hope you'll feel better.

Yes, you have serious depression. You should seek some kind of medicine like Zoloft that cures depression. Or try to find someone to be with during the day while your mom's at work or see if you can get a job where your mom works somewhere.

You obviously need to find some other ways to occupy your time.
Join a club, volunteer or get a job. Try to meet some new people. This is the wrong time to turn to any religious organizations ... you are way to vulnerable. They could have you playing with snakes or drinking Kool Aid in a heart beat.

Are you home alone a lot. If so then I don't blame you for crying. Try to find a good hobby. Like scarp booking - old pictures. Or redecorate your room. I am pretty sure you can think of something to entertain you.

No. My dad would tease me about things at the dinner table and when I would tell him that it hurt my feelings, he told me I was too sensitive. I used to think that for a long time. I've realized that he wasn't respecting my feelings and using them to excuse his hurtful sayings. It's OK to be sensitive and anyone who tells you different isn't respecting who you are.
You could be depressed. Have you talked to your mom about it? You might need some counseling.

No, but cyring for no good reason can be a sign of depression, anxiety, or other mild psychological conditions. Try talking with someone about it, you will find that putting your feelings into words helps you understand them better and will also help you pay more attention to your feelings in general.
