hey.. um i have a web camera.. and like u can't hear any soundsout of the videos! i was trying to make a funny lip-syncing video.. so i was wondering if like they r programs or sites where i can but some music in the background of the video! please help me!

You can't use copyrighted music if you intend to show it on the internet, only for personal, private use!
Any WAVE file or MP3 file can be imported into most software.

yeah, go to windows homepage. Download windows movie maker. Easy Easy program. import your video, import music of choice and bam. your a pornstar with a soundtrack.
