Carvel is pretty good stuff. They have been around for a long time. I have only had their ice cream cakes...but they are delicious.

We have Carvel here in New York State, at least the lower part. I find it ho-hum, but there are people who really like the stuff.

I think its not as good as it once was. I would say Coldstone creamery is way better.
