No it's not wrong of you.
But I don't give a relationship based on this ideal much of a chance of being a lasting one.

It's not wrong of you, it's just that there are boys that aren't christian that would probably do anything for you.
And I just read some of the other ones...it's really not that big of a deal! Not all good Christians would give up love for God. Ok, so this is coming from an atheist, but I've seen it happen before! Also, just because a guy wants a boyfriend doesn't mean the apocalypse is coming! Jeez! What is it with people and being anti-gay? Honestly! Why do all straight people think that gays and lesbians are breaking the rules of nature? It's been happening for ages: GET USED TO IT.
Besides, the Bible scolds more straight people than gay people. So why does everyone constantly quote it against gays? Why not against straights? Seriously, it's so stupid!

WAIT A MINUTE, AM I READING THIS RIGHT, ARE YOU SAYING THAT YOU WANT A BOYFRIEND AND THAT YOU ARE A BOY, IF THIS IS THE CASE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER.
Ro 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Ro 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Ro 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
Ro 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

Do you really believe a true Christian would 1; be involved in a relationship heavier than a friendship until after marriage and 2;choose you over The Creator?
Adam already made that mistake!

Yes this is wrong of you. You should want a boyfriend who will be your equal. If he is a good Christian, He will not disregard His religious beliefs for anyone. You should not be so insecure with yourself.

Impossible. You ask for a good Christian yet want him to be willing to give up his beliefs which means he would not be a Christian at all. You want one who loves God first because out of a true love for God one can truly love another. You want one who loves you more than himself but not more than God.

I'm not sure if you're confused or just being unclear. I think the fact that he's a good christian means that he would disgard you before he disgarded his own beliefs. Besides it's kind of messed up to date someone with the intention of trying to change them from the get-go.

It seems to be an oxymoron. If he is a good christian he will want to do what is right rather than give it all up for a girl. That is what makes him good. He is willing to stick with what is right rather than running off to the next girl that he thinks is wonderful.

If someone will disregard their beliefs for you, eventually they'll resent you for it and you'll most likely be the next thing to be disregarded. Don't you think its rather selfish to want to have that much control of someone?
