Is the Israel Army doing Great, expected, poor?

Is the Israel armed forces doing better then expected ....as expected or worse then expected. This as compared to there past victories.

I am surprised that there are still missles being shot into Israel.

They can handle their own. The are the second most powerful military in the world. Its unfortunate that the civilians on both sides are being killed but some one has to get those terrorist out of their holes so they can be dealt with.

Israelis them-selves are not very happy with their army's performances these days (see israeli's newspapers)... they had a very advanced furtive ship bombed by Hezbollah a few days ago, they found out too late about Iranians radars on Lebanon's cost.
FYI, they also use forbidden weapons (WMD) to attack Lebanon.
Anyway, I don't understand how you guys can be so supportive for actions that are only re-inforcing the support for Hezbollah in Lebanon. What would you feel if you were a kid flying your house, having your brothers/sisters killed there ? Would you like to make peace with Israel who attacked you, or rather join the Hezbollah for revenge ?
(I am not talking about the responsibilities for the situation here but only about the consequences of this inadequate response from Israel : they are making their future enemies).

It wwas very kind of them to send notices out before the bombing so that people were able to evacuate. I wish for peace for everyone though.

I think they are restraining themselves too much. They are doing fine but I say cut 'em loose. Let them fix the problem once and for all
