I hate to be the one to break it to you but adam and eve did not even exist. It is a story. You know like made up.

Anti-gay Christian fundamentalists made Steve and now he lives alongside all the other fictional Christian characters and is becoming quite a recognised part of the folklore by accident... It's great...Adam & Eve & Steve..they are all made up so why not ?
