do marines that belive in God but still kills go to heaven?

There's a difference between killing and murder. Thou shalt no kill is referring to murder, killing without a legitimate cause. Most of the eary rulers of Israel, the judges, were warriors of one kind or another.

Yes, they can and true believers do. The Bible is full of wars. Joshua fought the battle of Jericho because God told him to. He took over the entire land. Some spots God told him to even kill the women, children, and livestock, but to take nothing from it. Other places, they didn't kill all the people and were allowed to take some things. So God says nothing against war..In fact, when the time comes for Armegeddon, the Lord is going to help Israel with his Angels.

I was lucky enough not to have to kill anyone when I was in the Marine Corps, but I always knew that the possibility was there. If you are taking pleasure in the process or thought of it you should probably do some repenting. Sometimes it is necessary to kill in order to defend our rights and freedoms and sometimes we just follow in doing it because our country has asked us to. Pay attention to your own attitude about it and you will be able to find forgiveness.

first of all marines and other people in the army fight for their country so it's ok for them to kill...they r protecting us/sacrificing themselves...it is for a good cause so yes they will go to heaven
