A really fun punch. One of my favorites is two 2-liter bottles of gingerale mixed with one standard 1/2 gallon size container of raspberry or orange sherbet.

ok first things first " congradulations " now if neither of you drink then after the wedding i would just have a sit down meal with non alcoholic wine then i would leave from there to my honeymoon i wouldnt have a reception cos i also dont drink & theres nowt worse than watching everyone else get drunk, & the extra money saved will give you an extra week or two away. have a nice day .

Good subs are sparkling grape juice and apple cider. Another thing is whatever you two like to drink. There are also recipes for non-alcoholic drinks, the best one I tasted was safe sex on the beach.

If you like the look of champagne then sparkling apple cider looks just as nice in pictures and has non of the side effects. Or good old fashioned punch.

sparkling grape juice
ginger ale (looks a lot like champagne)
party punch (the kind with sherbert and punch and 7 up)

You don't have to have an open bar at your wedding. You can chose to take that out.
However, if you want a toast -- sparkling apple cider. I went to a wedding that the couple did not drink and chose apple cider -- it was nice!

sparkling grape juice or sparkling cider like everyone else said. I'd be careful with punch though, people get a little rowdy at weddings, someone might spike it, then you'll have drunken children...
