Can Ghosts see in the dark if yes why do they keep bumping in to things?

Ghost can in fact see in the dark. The ones where I live don't bump into things. Occasionally they slip on a mystic banana skin. Aside from this they seem pretty sensible.

The elderly ghosts bump into things occasionally if they forget to where their spooktacles ;)

they pass through things so how do they bump into things??? cos if they really do exsit i personally have never seen one or met anyone that came back they may just move things to let ya know they are there
