1. They could head off to the movies and hold hands while eating pop corn....just enjoying eachother's company.
2. If they don't have a car, they could rent some movies, or borrow them from the library and just watch a movie together at home (no sex) and again enjoy eachother's company.
3. have a nice diner together, doesn't even have to be candle lit and expensive, McDonalds or Checkers, or something.
4. A simple picnic at the park would be perfect....

an evening in the OPEN garden, with there every move monitored, people on guard at every possible sighting gap, alarms to go of if they op sex are 10 foot of each other...and if that fails.....put the dogs on standby, just to be sure!

How about not dating. Do you realize how much dating you will be doing in your life. Don't rush it. Be a kid. Seriously, if I would've known I'd still be dating at my age. I never would've started in Junior high.
