Yes. You definitely need to go to the doctor. If you have a sinus infection nothing will help except an antibiotic. My daughter had a chronic sinus infection. If you let it go you can get extremely sick.

It is very common to have blurred vision associated with a sinus infection (which is called sinusitis). The sinus cavities are located directly behind the eyes; and when they become swollen, patients do have blurred vision as a result of increased tearing. This tearing is not at a constant rate, however, so many patients tell their eye doctors about a transient blur or unstable focusing ability associated with their sinus headaches.
When the sinus infection is completely resolved, your vision should return to its normal clarity.

I'm going through pretty much the same thing right now, except my hearing is also being affected. About 50% in both ears. Went to the doc and she's got me on antibiotics now... Biaxin, along with Deconsal for a decongestant. Hey, at least it hasn't affected my equilibrium yet, which is another possibility from a sinus infection. Keep an "eye" on it and if you don't start to improve soon, go see your doc too.

Ask a doctor!
Not sure, but.....
here is some information that may help:
Sinus infection caused by Dental problem
by Marlon D. Ludovice
Everyone has a sinus on each side of their nose called the maxillary sinus. Wherein, the roots of the upper back teeth go into the right and left maxillary sinuses. This can cause a problem during sinus season. If a sinus has an infection, it can fill up with fluid and cause the entire sinus lining to become inflamed. If encountered by patients they will feel pain in their upper back teeth along with a metallic taste in the mouth. Threatening a major dental problem if continuously endure.
Both of the maxillary sinuses drain into the nose. Nothing much really happens in the sinus except when the exit into the nose is blocked. Swelling in the nose can cause blockage of the sinus outlet and fluid builds up in the sinus. And when the sinus fills up with fluid, bacteria can grow in the fluid because the sinus is warm, dark, and moist. The problem started with the nose blocking up and this is usually caused by nasal and breathing allergies.
This concerns the dentists. Because continued nasal and sinus problems can lead to poor dental development. Wherein, if problems transpire longer can make doing orthodontics very difficult. It is necessary to consult dentist if symptoms persist. Regular check up will help you monitor your status about the disease.
But for the short term, a patient can spray their nose with sea salt spray. This moistens the nasal area and can loosen the snot blocking the sinus exit. Take hot showers and breathe in the hot spray to moisten your nose. Finally, fill up your tub and just let the water evaporate so that the air will stay moist. Lots of sinus problems happen when the heating or cooling systems dry out the air because this dries out your nose.
Caring for your nose and your teeth is the most helpful thing to do in order to prevent at least the effect and occurrence of a sinus infection. So if you are afraid to encounter such terrible sickness…love your whole body that is the least thing to do!

Yes That's exactly how my last one was then about a week later I started to drain. But try some sinus meds anyway they tend to help with the pressure, you can also do ibuprofen for the swelling and pain it may help a little. Sorry to hear your not feeling good. Go rest.

I agree with laying off the juice. And cereal isn't sustaining unless it's something like Fiber One... Eat some real food and drink some water. If you job keeps you on your feet, sit down. A lot of women get this at the end of pregnancy. If it persists after you eat and drink, call the hospital. Another thing, moving too fast (i.e. standing up too quickly, walking fast) can cause a quick drop in blood pressure so slow down.

You could also have an inner ear infection - that can cause headache, dizziness, nausea... Try an antihisthamine and check with a doc soon if the symptoms aren't better.

Take a decongestant, sudafed. Follow package directions. If your vision doesn't correct, then the problem is something else. Go to a doctor then for diagnosis.
