No He can not. It's not a question of God's ability, it's a question of the possibility of this boulder existing.
God existed before this boulder. God has total power over all things. For a boulder to be so heavy He can not lift it means He doesn't have total power over it. Therefor, this boulder can not exist. In order for something to exist, God must have total control of it.
A boulder God can not lift can not exist because God exists and He is God.

Well God(with a capital G) can do anything, and i think that if it had a rightful purpose for being made that big he could make a boulder soooooooooooooooooooo heavy that only he could lift it. i think that God can do anything, so no matter how big the boulder is he could lift it, because Jesus, who is God in the flesh, carries the weight of the world;s sins so that we can have eternal life in Christ Jesus.

God is the boulder, God is all things. He does not need to pick it up. Not to mention I know why you named yourself that now.

Could you guys get a new writer for your material? This one is getting a bit dusty.
OK, I'll answer it again. Yes. God has already done that. He named the rock "free will".
