I would say that I don't believe and please don't kill me. I think that if christians answer this question and say that they would die for him, they are full of sh*t. Especially the Americans (no offence) but they wouldn't die for anyone but their immediate loved ones.

You see, that is the problem. Most of the terrorists do what they do in the name of god. You take away religion, and terrorism would all but disappear overnight. Spiritual enlightenment kills. You said it yourself...thanks. By the way, you'all that answered yes to this question are full of shite. There is no way I will ever believe that you greedy little American consumers would let me merge into traffic safely in front of you when there is an accident on the freeway, let alone give your life to answer a question about faith. You people have no spine to begin with. where would you be without your religion holding you up? Your to worried and scarred of death, to have any fun in life. That's what sux about organized religion. You don't welcome death, you truly fear it. Much as you want to believe you would die for your god, you would cluck like a little chicken in the end. Come over sometime, and I'll prove it...thank for the 2 Pt's...

i don't think anyone can answer this question honestly. no one can know how they will respond while under pressure.
even peter, one of the 12 disciples denyed Jesus not once, but three times (as Jesus predicted). he was adamant about not denying Christ during His prediction, but did.
one can hope they will remain faithful to Jesus in this sort of situation, but no one knows. what's most important is that He died for us and He is faithful and just at all times.

Yes, I would die for Him. After all - He died for me, and enabled me to have eternal life, so only my body would die. I would then be with the Lord Jesus - with Christ which is far far better.

like St. Peter even if we acknowledge him so much...in the end we get scared and run....St. Peter in a way is an example of what most of us who never met christ in real life would do> I hope the Lord would give all of us the strength to defend our faith to death> we can't boast of our fidelty to him...we must pray and hope to endure the test is all we can do.

You know, I used to be Christian, when I was eleven or twelve. Our pastor asked us this question in church. I started thinking about it, and I initially said "Yes", but the truth was, I didn't think I believed in him all that much and I didn't know if it was worth dying over. That's when I started thinking about whether Christianity was right or not.

I would say yes without hesitation, and also with a smile as I would think I was about to see the face of Jesus. I do not fear death for my soul belongs to God.

YEs, I am not afraid to die, I am afraid of pain, but I am more afraid to deny God as my Lord.
For me to live is Christ and to die is gain Philippians 1:21

Yes I would because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. I KNOW THAT JESUS WOULD GIVE ME DYING GRACE.
