Yes, all peppers purify the blood. Any type of ground pepper can be used on an open sore or scrape will cause it to coagulate quicker, with out any pain! Also cayenne pepper desolved in water and drank, can stop some types of internal bleeding.

It is supposed to help regulate blood pressure, fight viruses, and increase metabolism.

Yes it is. Not only does it spice things up and make em yummy, it can cause that "heat" rush like the endorphin rush some folks get from working out.

i have heard it is, for some kind of lemonade diet, they have you put cayenne pepper in it for nutrients
