FIVE HOURS AT THE DENTIST OFFICE.

it was 15 years ago and i am still irritated by it.
Receptionist was incompetent, arrogant, forgetful, and a liar.

Longest I've waited after a scheduled sevice call/appointment time for something like washer /dryer repair? about 4 days.

I was in the waiting room waiting,
then in the exam room waiting,
then changed into the gown and waiting and waiting for my annual exam. . .
and waiting...
then the nujrse finally came in and said the doctor got called away on emergency
... at least I wasn't in the stirrups the whole time.
ended up having to reschedule and that took two months to wait again...
