At least what you're eating is quite healthy.

Are you due on?

I highly doubt that you have worms although quitting smoking has a great deal to do with your hunger. Many people gain weight when they quit smoking. Mainly because their bodies are looking for something to fulfill the cravings as well as being fidgety because they are not using their hands to smoke anymore. It doesn't sound like you had too much to eat today, but if that's about what you normally eat in a day and you want more, than I would just try some fruit or something.

Well you're getting a decent mix of foods I'd say, and things like porridge etc should fill you up (though I know they don't). Your cravings are probably related to boredom, which you would usually have covered with smoking.

Exercise like walking to keep your mind off it is a good start, but try to find something else to distract you as well - play scrabble or something. The food cravings will pass if you persevere, putting your stomach in a stable is a bit extreme.

are you actually hungry or is your body making you think you are?
i get like that sometimes my body makes me think i am hungry and could do with something to munch even though i have just eaten..
it could have something to do with you trying to quit smoking too, when my sister stopped smoking she started eating a lot to fill the fa-g space....

if you are generally hungry then eat something healthy so that way you wont put on the pounds, which when you stop smoking ca contribute too! go eat some fruit or snack on nuts or liquorice -whatever comes straight out can be that bad for you i say!

dont see any fruit in that lot and mayo and cheese are you wanting to put on weight?? this article has some great dietary needs for health. if you break down yr meals, into 7-8 meals in the day. then you would not always feel hungry.

You need some more protein in your diet for a start, plus more fruit and veg. Try pasta for dinner as this is a slow burning energy food.
