i am having sharp pains in my chest and my upper part of my back it feels like someone is inside of my chest squeezing my insides and sometimes it feels like someone is stabbing me.

Sounds like you need to go to a chiropractor. could be a nerve being pinched. A lot of times a sharp pain behind the shoulder blade indicates an area in the neck is misaligned. As well, pain in other others of the neck, shoulders, chest, legs,arms and back can be triggered by a misalignment in a different location. If experiencing shortness of breath, numbness in the arm or fingers, go to a doctor immediately or call 9-1-1.

Not to joke around but are you overweight at all? I was and as soon as I dropped 20 pounds the chest pains I used to have similar to yours went away. I would go to the doctor if you are worried.

You probably pulled or stressed a muscle in your back. If the pain sharpens when you breath this is probably the case because your lungs are expanding and putting pressure on the sore muscle.

Could be just trapped gas, heartburn or a pinched nerve. If it lasts for more than a day, see a doctor.

You need to go into the emergency room.
We cannot tell you what is wrong w/ you, only a doctor can.
It can be anything from a heart attack, to a panic attack.

could be acid re-flux, but go to the doctor tommorrow and find out for sure, i had somewhat simular symptoms and that is what it was...i also had shortness of breath

go to the doctor you could have veins clogged and its prestroke simptoms go see a doctor ASAP
