A parent can not just abandon a underage child and throw them out onto the streets. You do have some legal rights. Go to your local court house or Childrens services and seek legal aide, or go to the nearest church and talk to a minister he can leed you in the right direction in your home town you also have the choice of going to the police or a family memeber, like a grandmother or uncle. You have several choices to get yourself off the streets, please be sure to take one of them. Even if your parents think they have a reason to kick you out, they are your parents, they are suppose to guide you through life and if you have broken some rules, they are responsible to get you help if they are unable to correct the problem on there own. They are still responsible for you till you are 18 and can also be held responsable for anything you do while you are underage. It is possible to seek legal action against them.

Go to local Social Services for help. No 15 year old should be kicked out of his home without providing another place for him. This is child abandonment and is breaking the law.

Assuming you did something bad enough to cause your parents to attempt to throw you out of the home, you should really be considering how to correct the situation rather than to assert your rights. You should be talking to your folks (ie. apology) to make mends.

By the way, your parents can't kick you out of their house unless they appoint a guardian or have a court order of some sort.

If you really get kicked out with no place to go, go straight to a phone and call police. Your safety should not be jeopardized.

The right to remain silent? Seriously, I don't think your parents can legally kick you out ... it would be neglect ... but if they did, you'd probably be put in a foster home, since you aren't old enough to be on your own.

I am sure that you are not telling the whole story here. You better clean up your act, sonny boy......and play by the rules or you will face a very difficult life and, in the end, you will loose!

Legally, your parents cannot kick you unless they have made other arrangements for your care. It is child abandonment and that is a crime.
