Chicken and dumplings made the old-fashioned way (actually rolling out the dough by hand) or country fried steak made with cracker crumbs and pan fried with gravy and new potatoes w/ green onions and butter. Can you tell I'm a southerner? :)

my grandmother's or mother's macaroni and cheese. Mom learned it from Grandma. I try to make it just as good, but haven't gotten it down perfect yet.
