Just let it grow out so that your hair will be brown and the tips will be blonde or you could dye it back to brown.

Try dirty blonde, you don't necessarily have to go dark brown. No offense, but right now, it makes you look like a trashy eminem wannabe.

Have faith in what you belief if you go by what other people say an think of you , you wont have any character or self esteem or self confidence !
Pain gives you root ! in what ever you endure pain in ,
like people making fun of you criticizing your looks , or you style dress or your style of speech etc , if you endure that pain of people doing that it ill become your special trait a part of your character > !
(but make sure it is something about you don't pose like on other peoples traits)
Sometimes you have to fight back fire with fire though like some one saids "hey eminem" have like a come back , or if your good person deal with it an don't let that bother you .
I'm weak , so i need God to help me Indore that pain Because he Is Strength (to name just one trait of God's Character !) , so you probably have too to !
(Humans are weak your in denial if you cant except that)

If you were ready for a change, and as a hairdresser, I would say leave it blonde. It looks great. I am sure that it look good brown as well. Listen to your heart not others.
