We they happy?

Were they upset? If so why?

Were they okay with the news that they were going to be grandparents?

I am married and in my mid 20's.

I am asking about your parents.

My mom will not be happy but thats because she is a nut job. My dad will be happy though.

My mother was very upset at first. I was 21 and not married. Finally my mother got really happy about when she went with me to get the ultrasound done. Now she would trade becoming a grandmother for anything. My mom had to tell my dad, because she knew how he would react. He was mad at first, my family hated my boyfriend.

My parents were pretty excited. I found out I was pregnant 2 months before I finished high school and was already living with my fiance. I now have 2 children and they were never mad about me being pregnant so young. I think the reason they didn't get angry was because my fiance and I were taking care of ourselves and then our children once we had them. My fiance's always worked to provide for us and we've never been on welfare to do it. I think that helps a lot when you tell them. If they know you're responsible, it's not very hard on them.

My mom hung up on me...but she just thought I was screwing myself out of a good life. Now, my kids are hew pride and joy and she can't wait for the new baby. She admits she was harsh, but I knew why she was upset. Everything worked out alright. Besides, she was only 38 years old. I wouldn't wanna be a grandmother that young either, but she was a very young mother!!

well I was 17 when I got pregnant..they took it calmly and just were like "wel what are ya gonna do" they got excited as time went on. I'm pregnant with my second (Im 22 now) and well, they weren't really shocked but they are happy about it. I had just got married to my sons dad and got pregnant on the honeymoon so it was a bit..a wedding and two weeks later a baby..haha. but oh well.

They took it a lot better than I thought especially since I was seven months before I told my dad, the funny thing is he seen me everyday and never suspected. But no matter how upset they might be once that baby is here they will be madly in love.
