No. What makes acne worse is oil, bacteria and dirt in the air, none of which are controlled by what you eat or drink. (Or by you!)
However, a healthful diet will help your body fight bacteria better than one that is *primarily* junk food. So keep your soda drinking moderate, and eat plenty of whole grains and colorful fruits and veggies. Drink milk or fruit juice instead of soda more often.
It may not really clear up acne, but it'll help everything else!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Soda pop is all chemicals.
and is high in sugar or artificial sugar
and is high in salt.
Soda is a diuretic so you lose hydration. Skin needs hydration.
So I would say yes, it negatively influences acne by creating a moisture imbalance.

no it does not. from proactiv.com:: "Contrary to popular belief, acne is not caused by anything you're doing - what you eat, how often you wash your face or work out "
