Yes... except that most Christians are too dense to understand that. Allah is the same old jealous, petty, mass-murdering psychopathic Abrahamic diety of desert monotheism that is described in the Old Testament... Yawyeh... Jehovah... whatever.

Christians seem to think that around 2,000 years ago, this diety developed some kind of Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD), in which it manifested a hippie-like personality (which spent some time on earth, and can now be eaten in the form of a cracker), and some Casper the Ghost-like character with pedophilic tendencies (suspected of having impregnated a 12 or 13 year-old virgin... and being honored for it). The Moslems, however, do not share that belief; they see it as its same-old psychopathic self, essentially unchanged since its old-testament days... except that it seems to have updated its reward system about 1,500 years ago, when he started handing over virgins, in heaven, to be defiled by insane zealots, as a show of gratitude for them having carried out mass-murder in its name. ( I think that's what happens to Catholic nuns, after they die. Where else would they find enough virgins?)

Sweet.

I find it very interesting to note that most Christians... including Christian preachers... haven't got the slightest clue about the historical roots of their own religion, let alone any other religion.

No. Christians and Jews pray to God of The Bible. The difference is, Jews don't believe the Messiah (Jesus Christ) has actually come yet, but they do believe in the same Father God as Christians. Muslims pray to Allah, their version of God in the Koran, which is their version of The Bible. Allah is a far cry from the God of The Bible.

No. It's a common misconception. A Christian prays to a tri-unified God-head. To deny the rest of the trinity is to deny God, therefore Jews and Muslims may pray to Yahwey and/or Allah, but the "father" side of the trnity isn't the same thing

I'm thinking no on this one. Christians and Jews both pray to God the Father (YHVH), but Christians pray through Jesus (the Son). Muslims serve and pray to Allah, a different god. My theory is, there is one Supreme God, and many lesser gods (aliens).

Muslims and Jews pray to the same God. Christians are praying to Jesus (PBUH) who is Prophet and Messanger of God. Not God or the son of God.

Ephesians 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

4:6 One God and Father of all, who [is] above all, and through all, and in you all.

No, they do not pray to the same God.

Christians believe that Yahweh is the Father of Jesus Christ, who was begotten of the Father. As it is written in the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)

Muslims reject that statement outright. As it is written in the Qur'an, "He is God, the One and Only; God, the Eternal, Absolute; He begets not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him." (Surah 112)

Jews do not believe that Jesus is the begotten Son of the Father, but both Jews and Christians believe that Yahweh is God. As it is written in the Old Testament, "Hear, O Israel: YHWH our God is one YHWH: And you shalt love YHWH your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might." (Deuteronomy 6:4-5)
