I personally get very uncomfortable without my cup of coffee each morning. What happens is that the blood vessels in my head which usually dilate after drinking the caffeinated coffee do not on mornings when I skip or forget it. I end up with a major headache, sensitivity to light and noise, and an overall "out of my way B*TCH" attitude! :) So I just drink my cup and try not to obssess over it. There are lots of other beverages out there that contain caffeine and we have been drinking it for centuries so there is no real harm in a cup or two a day. Hope that helps! :)

Probably not. Until of course I get myself back in shape. Then I won't allow you to even come near me with a cup of that villainous poison!
