Tell your waitress you found an insect in your food or drink. Most will give you a new drink or plate. But some people try to scam the resturants and claim they are going to sue.

you ask for the manager show them and ask for your money back.I seen one in a restaraunt crawling right on the booth where i was eating, i asked for my money back and didnt go back for years.
