Because a woman's breasts are luscious and beautiful parts of her body. They symbolize--perhaps on a subconscious level--nourishment and love, two basic needs to the male. Her butt is a defining sexual part of a girl's anatomy. It defines her sexual maturity and expresses her femininity through the their soft and inviting curvature. Personally, I'm a pussy-type of guy. I like to look at and even guess what a girl's pubic mound looks like through her jeans. To me, that shows more about her femininity than virtually anything.

Women's breasts and butts don't do a thing for me, but I'm a sucker for nice, round firm butt on a man. I'm gay, though, so this generalization may not apply. I do tend to focus my attention in other places. . .
