I have been told that I am sexy but beautiful/cute on occasion. Is that okay?

It's all in the mind. They have multiple meanings.
To answer your question, a girl can be attractive but not good looking, or good looking but not attractive. Ex: if a fat guy found a fat girl that he really liked, that would be attractive but not good looking by the "general" standard. On the other hand, a guy might see this really hot idiot girl that's REALLY good looking but stupid. She's good looking by the same "general" standard, but it will be hard for this guy to be attracted to her, especially if he's an intelligent person looking for another bookworm.
Yea there's inner beauty and outer beauty that go together to define a person's beauty, but there's no such thing as "inner sexiness". Some girls are sexy and some just aren't, but anybody can be beautiful in somebody's perspective.

yeah anyone can be sexy beauty comes from the inside no one is really beautiful until the inner beauty is allowed to show through. I mean u can be totally sexy and really ugly on the inside. Or u can be not so good looking and still be considered beautiful because the inner beauty shines through. So yeah i would say that it is very possible for anyone to be sexy and not be beautiful but only you can know who you really are and only you can change what needs to be changed i mean dont listen to what anyone else says you know exactly who you are.
