Is this someone you admire who has no clue? Just pretend like everything is normal and start a conversation with him. If it goes well, ask him if he would like to meet for coffee sometime. I wouldn't use the L word until after three months of dating, because too much too soon can freak them out.

love is such a magical feeling that when y ou have it you want it to last forever... you should tell that person that you love them show them that you love them and just be their better half try to guide them and be by their side...
tell her person so that the perosn knows and if this person doesnt know you should tell them because you NEVER know what can happen until you TRY you dont want to look back on this moment and tell yourself WHAT IF trust me that is the last thing that y ou want
just show that person how much they mean to you
