i dont ask for help from my family when i have a problem because they tend to worry and because they worry i have no intrest in having them help me so i go and do my own thing till i can see a doctor. am i the only person who hates it when people worry about them and thus steer clear of telling family and friends about their problems be cause you dont want then to worry.

between the way i worded that and my poor grammar i dont think any of that made sense.

Your family wants to help you because they love you! Sure it's uncomfortable for you but it is a way to get closer to them.

take this or let it go out the other side. the worry from your family and friends is the necessary love and guidance needed to keep you or anyone from going through trouble times which may end up as your devastating downfall. they will be the ones that make the fall soft.

i am the same way..for example when i was 12 i accidentally got crazy glue in my eye..instead of asking my parents to take me to the hospital, i sat for an hour and ripped out every single eyelash...when my parents worry, it makes me even more worried
