You can definitely lose weight through dance training! The best thing about it is that dance training can work double in that you get exercise AND are inspired to eat more healthily for more energy and a great form. Good luck!

Of course. I take dance lessons once a week. Well, it Indian classical dance called Kathak. And trust me, it is a lot of exercise!

Absolutely, but remember muscle is heavier than fat so you might gain weight to start off with but those muscle will start to burn off that fat and you'll see a firmer healthier body within 4 weeks.
Eat fruits and veggies and drink WATER and lots of it.

I'm not sure about actually losing weight, but I'm sure it's good cardio exercise, and it will probably tone your muscles some.
