Honestly, that is not one I have ever heard of. There are many forms of religion available. It depens entirely on the type of person you are as to the denomination your comfortable with. Learn as much as you can before becoming a member. It seems like your doing that. I would also say don't take their word as God's. If they site a scripture, look it up. God's word is the bible and his teachings along with Jesus' are clear if your heart is truly searching for the truth. ... By the way, I applaud you for wanting to worship God. It is a rare quality in this day.

While I haven't heard of the churches you mention by name, the title "reformed charismatic church" seems to indicate that they follow a Calvinist doctrine, using the TULIP theology.

Having charismatic on their name indicates that they believe the spiritual gifts are valid for today, but that they don't believe that the gift of tongues is the evidence for salvation, but one of many evidences.

Reformed Charismatic???!!!, I can not even imagine. Would that be like Pentecostal Calvanist? I find it hard to believe.
But, the world is changing.

Edit: I have heard of Reformed Baptist and Sovereign Grace Baptist, so Maybe it could be.
