Sweating it off is just water weight and you'll regain what you lost it a day or 2. Try to exercise every day or at least every other day for 20-30 minutes.......eat 5-6 small meals a day......cut out all "white" food......drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. (no soda) Most white food is processed or refined...it's bad for you. Weigh yourself before you start and you should lose about 2-3 lbs a week.

Nuts are better than chips, peanut butter is better than candy bars, and baked potatoes are better than fries. Here's a secret for you though. If you cut out all cheats from your diet, you are doomed to fail. Allow yourself to enjoy what you love, just in small amounts. Live by the 80-20 rule. Do the right thing 80 percent of the time, and live the other 20 percent. Get the junior banana split instead of the massive one. Try savoring a fun sized candy bar instead of the king size. If you have a craving, drink some water, go for a walk, and chew gum. If you still want that meatball sub after all that, then get the six inch. You can work off what you eat, but you're going to be doing a lot of work for that half-pack cookie binge, and then you'll feel like crap about yourself. Healthy choices are made in baby steps, and ultimately lead to a healthy life style. If you think you have to punish yourself and deprive yourself to succeed, you're dooming yourself to failure.

Whole or organic foods are great substitutes. Raw of course. Plenty of purified water and no refined sugar. One of the benefits of sweating is to rid the body of toxins or "junk" in the body.

Try lean meats like boneless skinless chicken breast, wild salmon, and turkey. Eat rice and potatoes without the fattening "extras" or with fat free cottage cheese. Eat vegetables and fruits w/ low sugar contents. I like eating a handful of raw almonds everyday for a supply of good natural fats.
Establish an exercise habit, doing exercises like push-ups, jogging, pull-ups, and crunches. Keep it simple, but never miss a day of activity. The HABIT is what is important. Take care of the habit, and the results will take care of themself.
Get yourself a quality multi-vitamin with antioxidents like Double X. This will get nutrients to your body that you missed through your whole foods. When necessary, use quality supplements like protein, meal replacement bars, and energy drinks. Come visit my nutrition store to get an idea, http://aforrey.qhealthzone.com/Default.aspx

substitue raw veggies for chips
yogurt for icecream
artificially sweetened foods for sugar sweetened
anything labeled low fat is better than fat stuff
lean fish and chicken and beef
