Legally, they have to give you your prize if you complete their process. Of course, you have to know what you're doing. It's not easy, and it's hardly free, as you have to pay in time and energy to ever get your prize. Most of these sites require you to sign up for some free trial service. Read the Terms of Service for EVERYTHING completely, so you know when to cancel things so as to not get charged for anything.

So yeah. Technically, they're legit, but you have to jump through a lot of hoops to win.

Sure. They give it away free to one of the 30,000 people who answer, and fill out all of the personal information.

They sell the information to other people, especially the email addresses, and pay for the sidekick 100 times over.

Then you get spammed from 100 people who got the email address from them.

Nothing is for free. Always a gimmic somewhere. Don't ever trust any freebies without getting ALL the facts.

no, it is but there is a catch, you have to join stuff, it is stupid, got that once to, there is a website that has the best prices ever!! for the new sidekick3, below 200!! im or e-mail me and I will tell you, I do not want to state here, because then they will be sold out, laterzzzzz
