i want to look my best and need to lose a lot of weight to fit my dress. Please help!

Don't do it. Your friends know and love you as you are now and if you do something precipitous it may hurt you long term. The only way to help yourself is to take weight off in a slow steady process.

I started at 380 and am going down slowly. If someone can't like me throughout the prosess - tough nuts!

I would not worry much about this issue unless you are overweight, in which case, trying to lose a lot of weight before your birthday is great motivation! The best thing to do is eat more servings of healthy food-vegetables and low fat foods that do not contain transfat (which should be shown in the nutrition values on boxes) and of course, EXERCISE! This is probably the hardest thing to do-getting your booty off the chair and ACTUALLY moving. Get membership at a gym or venture off to the park with a friend. I also suggest bringing a mp3 player with you, because running in place can get pretty boring. Good luck, and remember that even if you do not achieve your goal of 50 lbs or whatever, getting close is good enough! Remember to be REALISTIC.

a ton is a little over the top. but look into buying a bigger sized dress because it's not the size thats on the tag that matters; its the person in the dress. and well you know, do the usual.. cut back on food and take the special k challenge. instead of just watching tv, excersize while you watch it. go jogging with friends, no more late night snacks, and drink plenty of water. i too am trying to loose weight this summer. good luck. :)

Depending on how overweight you are in 4 weeks it may be possible to lose around 8 - 12 lbs. You may need to buy a bigger dress.

Drink water or lemonade but no soda. Run 5 miles a day. Do 100 pushups a day. Do 100 situps a day.

u shouldve put ur weight, height here...
well u can start off by running, dancing, swimming, playing a sport. make sure u do exercise for at least 30 mins.
watch your diet. no fats. lots of vegetables, fruits and most important of all WATER.

How much is alot? With a month to go, it's going to be tough. Your best bet may be to get to a gym and consult a nutritionist.
