You don't technically need it, but you should bring your passport. And Calgary is about a 3 days' drive from Toronto, if you don't sleep. Maybe 4 days.

You must update your passport. You might get into Canada with your driver's license, but not for long. You must have something official with your picture on it. The US government is insisting that we use our passports both ways. This is another attempt to spot the terrorists. If you don't have a passport, you may have to stay at the border for awhile. American passports are good for 10 years. Make the effort and get one.
It is 2209.9 miles and takes 39hrs, 9 mins to drive it. It's quite a trek!

Passport and all other ID.They say you don't need it,but when I used my birth certificate and drivers license, they gave me a hard time and I had to sit and answer questions for a half hour. They didn't like the fact that I only had $100 in my pocket!
(I was going to visit a friend and didn't plan on making purchases, and didn't need a place to stay!)

think of it this way... lets say you live in mmmm, just pulling off the top of my head. new york . and youre planning a trip to jersey, maine, vermont or philli, for about two weeks ... take what you would take if you were going to one of these places!!!. canada is not foriegn to you guys.. lol but according to americans we are foriegn earthlings who need a passpoart always to get in to your country... anyways different topic.
you dont need a parka ... only if you plan on visiting in late november - late january.... in that case bring two espeicially if youre going to alberta. haha brrrr the weather in canada is fairly moderate. but it depends on where you go. bloody hot in alberta like hooooooottttttttt like 35 'C so..98'Fincluding heat wave?.. lol in toronto it is just discusting at times... think texas... humid sticky icky and gross. but its a nice city...and you can visit center island... nice sea breeze. excellent night life and much music is there!!! :D queen street! yes! hahah
ALBERTA is likethousands of miles away. drive through ontario, man, sask and then youre there

Yeah, it is going to. once you arrive on the airport in Massachusetts they're going to pick to ascertain it. in case you do not have it there'll be some difficulty. on the least they could have you ever call your vet and performance him/her fax a sworn statement putting forward they examined the cat and it truly is healthful. on the most they're going to carry the cat till a vet can analyze it there and furnish them with their certificate. ideal-case challenge is, whoever is meant to ask for it forgets to and also you slide by potential of. Absolute worst-case challenge is they deliver your cat decrease back to Canada and bill you for it. they're severe about that sort of ingredient. they doesn't require it in the journey that they weren't. even as they ask, in spite of the indisputable fact that, call the community SPCA or HS and they could be in a position to assist.
