No, of course not.

But the Muslim frame of mind has never been reasonable. All they desire, and all they will accept, is the complete annihilation of Israel. Nice people, those Muslims.

Why would it be any more unreasonable today than it has for the last five decades. You own it you operate it but no one wants to say you are it. Palestians and Jews are struggling over an agreement. Are any of them really representing the people on either side? Were I a Jew I would want this simple recognition before I would talk war or peace. What was was, then there's the way it is. Olmert is just trying to save his job. The peace meeting has grown so unpopular everyone is looking for an excuse not to do it, and I am on that side. Don't do it, worse will come from it.

It is not unreasonable. But the issue is that people are dying that have nothing to do with that attack that Hezbollah did. All of the country is being taken hostage by Israel, including 25,000 Americans. There have been deaths to Canadians, Americans and Lebanese people. But still it is not unreasonable to request and see the 2 soldiers in one peace. But it is not unreasonable for Israel to stop launching 200 plus missiles into peoples homes.

3).the lebanese government have no control over hezbollah it would be a new civil war.

Right on target! The "International Community" never sticks around long enough to enforce any of their agreements! Let Israel take care of the "poor Palestinians." It's deja vu all over again.

Is the UN peacekeeping force an oxymoron?

No, they are not unreasonable....with one slight change.

Have Israel release some of the women and children who have been locked in their prisons in exchange for the soldiers as originally requested.

Not to hardline Israeli's it's not. Let me tell you something. If you come and steal my home and my land that I legally own because you have a book that says the land is yours, I to, would defend everything of mine and my neighbours - to the death!

They are complitelly reasonable! But that demands should have been BEFORE they started bombing Lebonon. Isreal overreacts way too much. I fear we are in the beginning of WW3.

Those are all very reasonable requests. And, if that were to happen Israel would stop their attacks.

Considering they blindly kill civilians, who are they to make any type of requests? 200 deaths is not enough already?
