People, stop wasting your money on exercise gimmicks. You can get in just as good of shape with an exercise mat, and some good crunch exercises. All these people are selling these exercise gizmos which "Maximize your workout". "Great results in 2.4 seconds per day". Get a grip. The only thing that determines whether you get a good workout is YOU. If you don't dig in and work it, whatever you are doing, then it won't do you any good. Talk to a physical trainer at your local gym, learn the correct way to work your abs, and then GET TO WORK. If it was easy, then everyone would look like Tyson Bedford/Jennifer Garner. Consistency Counts!
