Umm... If you plan on fasting technically you don't eat or drink anything except water. I wouldn't recomend a diet of that sort either, too much fiber. 4 three short days you could get by with absolutely nothing and come out of it healthy, plus granola and apples, even better.

Granola bars are full of fat & sugar .
Apples are basically water, fiber & sugar.
I'd just as soongo on a coffee & donut fast.
That way I'd be getting caffeine
Wouldn't you be better with orange juice. At least you'd be getting Vitamin C

Fasting is to abstain or eat sparingly of food and water. If you either abstain or eat sparingly of those foods for three days, you would probably not die - but it depends on other health issues. I'd certainly consult a doctor before trying that "fast."

I fasted once for three weeks .. only water and crackers, and a mutivitamin ... and I was fine. So, it should be okay, if done in moderation ...

I think when they say fast, it means you do,NT eat anything solid, only drink water, so you stay hydrated.

it depends on what kind of fast, what are you fasting for and what is your goal?
