Do you really think that people are just going to hand over other people's private lives for free? Of course you're going to have to pay for it. NOTHING is free in this world.

Not sure about a free web site. However, you can call the county you think whoever has a criminal record in and ask for criminal records. It will be public records available to you along with a rap sheet of any other crimes committed anywhere by this person. I think you will have to pay like 10 cents per page if you want the court documents from sentencing minutes. This will however take a week in order to get the results.
