I dont think you will get a pimple from it, the only thing I think you will get is a mess all over the place, and the pressing need to go get cleaned up.

Well with all the tomatoe sauce on a pizza (which has acidity in it) I would assume it would remove a pimple. Let us know how it worked.

Sure, if you don't wash it off, anything nasty & greasy like that will clog a pore. Ever melt butter and then let it cool again - grease will solidify a pore just like that.
