I assume that you are trying to lessen the static electricity in hair. Use conditioner when you shampoo. If it is crazy, put a little(very little) lotion on your hands and smooth over the top of your hair.

theres this stuff called biosilk.. its good for static electricity and frizz and any untamed hair..idk.. its about 13$ for a small bottle which lasts months and months because you only need a very small amount like the size of a dime or even smaller. you can find it in hair salons, JC pennys or other hair care places.

Try using fabric softener sheets. You can just gently run it over your hair and not only will it eliminate static but it will make your hair smell laundry fresh!

rinse your hair with liquid laundry fabric softener....it works wonders on static, tames fly aways, and you will have hundreds of compliments on how good your hair smells....if no liquid take a dryer sheet and rub it on your hair....good luck
