because more blondes are pretty %age wise (bottle blondes mostly)( because pretty brunettes bleach not vice versa)
next people assume you can either be pretty or smart, not both
like a law in physics, i.e. increase pressure-> decrease volume
then concluding that if blonde -> therefore dumb
so consider it a compiment... must mean they @ least think you're pretty
and you can't joke about nationality anymore (like the old days always polish jokes, don't hear that today)
and it's just a joke

Because for some reason, blondes are considered to be bimbos and airheads.
