A lot. I usually lift weights a minimum of 3 - 4 times a week. I walk the dog, but that's not really exercise. It takes 45 minutes though and it's basically walking around.

I also run about 30 miles a week... depends upon what my schedule is. So I am looking at about 10 times a week just in hard core work (excluding walkign the dog)

not as much as I'd like to, i only exercise maybe 4-5 times a week

I lift weights 3 days a week, cardio 4 days a weeks so everyday of the week. I do take a day off once everyother week and also if I'm out of town, but when I do I feel like crap.

I would say at least 5x a week for 300 minutes of exercise (for week).

I go to work five days a week so I guss I exercise five days a week.

Summer - walking outside isn't the same as on the treadmill, so I'd say 2x per week.
Rest of year 5x per week.

Everyday, I skateboard, swim, ride my bike, shoot my 12 guage at some birds and walk over to pick them up and back, run through the woods if I need to get back to my house, and alot of others things, and this doesnt count me going up stair to get up to places, so I'm very active everyday.

every other day if you exercise too much it will be a waste of time because a lot could happen
like your not improving your muscles, your stressing your body, and sometimes you can decrease you muscles if you workout to much
