start slow,do not date guys you met in a bar.you sound like you have a real grasp on life.find someone who you think is interesting.it is ok for you to ask a guy out. if things are going your way and you find someone to date, and you might want to take it to the next step,do me a favor and use a condom.you never now where the guy has been, let alone the girls he has slept with.hope this helps.

then date if thats all you want to do, but be warned, just because your ex is ok with being friends doesn't mean she won't get jelouse when she find out you are dating again, if thats the case, cut her off completly, you don't want some really great girl that you do fall for to think your psycho for any reason. trust me, i know i was the jealouse ex once. good luck

Make two lists, one with things you absolutely will not accept in another person (i.e. stealing, lying) and another with things you don't like but would be willing to give on (i.e. smoking, sharing household duties) and stick to it. When you place boundaries on what you deserve, you are more likely to get it.

Stay way from troubles
Trust your heart & your head & don't rush blindly toward your doom & i mean unsafe sex (pardon me)
if he is the rite guy for you he'll wait his whole life for you if not he'll dropp you if you dion't give him what he want's
that's all for now!

Figure out what you like to do, then tell someone. Sounds simplistic, but if you don't tell that someone what you like to do, then how's he going to know?
