I took an I.Q. test and I scored a 108.Is this a good score for a 13 year old?

Decent, remember there are many things asked that rely on historical perspective. You did just fine for a thirteen year old. The real test is when you are 25 and fully developed mentally.
Good luck and just keep learning. An I.Q. test is just one measure of intelligence. Common sense is much more intrinsic in your success in the world.

and I am 13 years old... so what about it.?
intelligence is not HOW much u know but indeed how MUCH u let a problem unsolved.. I mean it
