of course, they did... probably even moreso than after the Fall because their sexuality was pure, and untarnished by any notion of what might be good or evil. The creator even specifically instructed them to go forth, be fruitful, and multiply. The "multiply part" of the instruction addresses procreation, and the "be fruitful" part clearly must be referring to something other than having children. Many theologians believe the "be fruitful" refers to living life to its fullest. The hebrew scriptures mention how the Creator looked upon Creation and said that it was good. Creation includes human beings and, by deduction, human sexuality because our sexuality is part of what makes us human. How can one "be fruitful" or 'live life to the fullest" without integrating human sexuality? Human sexuality, by the Creator's own words is good.
I would submit that Adam and Eve enjoyed their sexuality moreso before the Fall (or acquiring the knowledge of good and evil) because neither one of the two would have any notions of jealousy, lust, frustration, or dissatisfaction.

God formed Eve from Adam's rib, because Adam was lonely. She was his mate. just a companion. There was no desire of lust or evil in their hearts before the fall.

I am a God fearing, devout Christian, but truthfully I don't have an answer for this. God told Eve after the fall that women would lust for their husbands and give child birth in great pain.

Their sexuality had no "naughty" meaning. It was completely beautiful and much more fulfilling than sex is now that sin is in the world. And children were born without labor and pain. Sin brought pain and sorrow and disorder into the world.

My reading of the Bible is that they were ignorant of sexuality prior to the Fall, and the "original sin" was that of lust. The phrase "forbidden fruit" is still used to describe sexual temptation.

The first time the Bible indicates that they had sex was after they were expelled from the Garden of Eden.
