This is a literal answer to your question - I've looked at every version of the "truth" that's out there. There IS a single description of the "truth" that agrees with the fundamental tenents of all major religions, supports the most current bleeding edge scientific findings and observations, provides a fundamental understanding for all the great mysteries, and is completely internally consistent.
In short, that "truth" would go like this...
In the beginning there was the Creator, the original source. The Creator was all that there was and there was nothing that was not the Creator. The Creator was composed entirely of energy, and was completely conscious and aware of every aspect of it's own Divinity. Just as you might know yourself to be a generous person but would not be able to experience the act of giving generously unless there was someone other than you to whom you could give, the Creator though aware of it's own Divinity could not fully experience itself since all was one.
Therefore the Creator worked out a magnificent plan where all things could be experienced. In a singular moment we call the Big Bang, the energy of the Creator (which we call Love) was converted into the fundamental building block of matter - the photon of light (E=MC2). Through the principles of vibrating energy creation was stratisfied into density layers in the same way the vibrations we call sound stratisfy into harmonic layers. Just like some sound frequencies cannot be detected by your hearing, some densities of creation cannot be directly percieved by our senses.
Some fundamental conclusions (again supported by science) are that:
1. Everything in Creation is an individual expression of the Creator, by the Creator. Therefore every atom, rock, tree, animal, human, planet, star or galaxy is alive with it's own level of consciousness imparted by the Creator.
2. The energy of the Creator is the fundamental constituent of nature from which all things are formed. Therefore there is no separation from the Creator or anything else, this is only an illusion.
3. The gift of the illusion of separation was provided in order that each person could co-create their own variation of experience with absolute free-will. Nonetheless, it is still an illusion, in reality all-is-one.

I can't honestly say I know the truth, but I am finding my OWN truths as I get older. Truths about me, my character, my spirituality. I am finding out the good and the not so good and it's all ok. The not do good is especially ok because I have accepted it ,meaning I am not deluded by myself and what I WISH to be, but accepting that I have flaws
I can't argue about the vibrations changing. There are times when my own personal vibration is right off the scale and it makes me feel glad, alive emotional... I can never describe it accurately enough to do the feeling justice.
I see myself as quite a spiritual person in my own way and I know if we all formed a collective with the same outcome in mind, we could easily make the world better without having to get off our chairs ( obviously physical effort would go a really long way too).
It took a breakdown just over a year ago for me to reach my personal spiritual awareness. I had 2 choices. I could go on as I was and have a breakdown every 5 years or face up to myself and the life I'd been dealt and understand it. I had to start from scratch with myself and I will always be grateful for that breakdown. It saved my life.
Anyway, I know what I mean, I just hope you got the gist of that ramble.

4 HE taught the non Jewish ( as well as many Jews) !
5 HIS teachings were (and are) believed by MANY people !
6 HE returned to HIS place - we call that place heaven !

Yes, I can honestly say that I know the truth, because the truth has set me free, and billions of others down through the century. I am a born again Christian and have known the Lord for 37 years. I have experienced Him working in my life in many different ways. I know that I can trust Him with every aspect of my life, He has been faithful to me through the most devastating of times in my life. He has a plan and purpose for my life, and when I look back over the years, since my birth, I can see the hand that guided, I can see the heart that planned.
I know God personally, I have proved Him to be God. One has to look beyond physics and science and recognise that God is God.
Many have tried to deny His existence, Many have tried to terrorise His people, and His Word, but God has stood the test of time. No one will ever stamp Him out or His Word. He is the eternal living God. He is the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end. He is eternal.

Yes, I can honestly say that I know the truth through my personal experience. I know from personal experience that God exists and that I am His daughter. I know why I am here and where I am going. I know my purpose here in this life.
Our freewill is a sacred gift from God - it alows us our experiences and to choose what to believe and not to believe. I, too, believe that dreams are a creative power - without them I would have nothing to look forward to acheiving. And yes, I believe that I can change the world if I want to - but I cannot do it alone - I need my God, my higher power to help me through it.
Like pinkadot1, I also am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Read James 1:5 - it says that if a man lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who giveth to all men liberally and upbraideth not... but let him ask in faith, nothing wavering, and it shall be made known unto him. This tells us that if you want to know the truth - all you have to do is ask - ask faithfully and you shall have it.

Q. Can you honestly say that you know the truth?
A. Of course not. No one can.
It's ironic that you pose an honest question about absolute truth, but then show your hypocrisy by stating that "God created the laws of science here."
Apparently I can be honest and say that I do not know the truth, while you cling to your dogma and insist that without anything more than faith you know the truth.

Nothing to argue with; you put forth your belief about something. I believe the statement of Jesus Christ, recorded in the book of John, chapter 14, verse 6 that he is "the truth, the life and the way....."
A person's disbelief or belief does not change truth; something either is, or it is not.

Argue against this?
Truth is all about perception, essentially. So, in that respect, yes, people can honestly say they know the truth because their conception of truth works for them. But as far as "the truth" as in the "one ultimate truth" that everyone wants to believe exists--I'd have to say no. :)

Whenever I think of truth, two edifying quotes immediately leap to mind.
Say not, “I have found the truth,” but rather, “I have found a truth.” ~ Kahlil Gibran
"It is not impossible that Truth may have more shapes than one." ~ Thomas More
