Hi

"a vast expanse" is usually a pretty good description to use when referring to land.

If in real estate terms you'd probably see it referenced something like: "400 acres of prime farm land" or "Over 3000 acres of pasture land" or even " about 16 square miles of open land zoned for agriculture". Is that something along the lines of what you mean?
