Wouldn't you be mad if I said the first thing I notice is the chest?
Ha ha...don't worry though; it isn't. I really want to know how much education she has or what she has for a job. It shows how lazy she is or isn't as well as how intelligent she is. I don't plan to mooch off of anyone I marry, and I don't want her to mooch off of me either! I don't want to marry a lazy person, and I don't want to marry a stupid person either! The amount of education and career are good indicators of those both.
However, if that sounds too good to be true, perhaps it is by just a little. Let me admit that I notice what a girl is wearing because that indicates how well she takes care of herself. If she's looks well upkept, then it says that she cares. She doesn't just care about fashion, but she cares about her impression, reputation, etc....not just the clothes! If she's not dressed well, that says that she doesn't care, and that probably carries over into other aspects of her life. Of course, I think it's great if she's lounging around at home or such in bum clothes, but I don't typically go around to random women's homes to witness their lounging style! :)
Also, I do notice the general height-weight proportions. I'm not picky though! I just don't want an anorexic or obese girl because I don't want my girlfriend to die of malnutrition or a heart attack! I can't have another one die on me here! So, I do pay attention to the general level of fitness, but I am certainly not obsessive over it! I just want you to make sure that I am not too picky over that!

The first thing I generally look at is her face, just being honest here.
My favorite thing about a female is her eyes or smile. But I do love a beautiful personality. If they can laugh at themselves or me, we are set.

good communication and skillful (or wants to be) at lovemaking [note the word: "lovemaking", not "sex" or "*******, et. al.] with no games or hesitancies about either.
