What do you think of this?
Peter Costello, heir apparent to Prime Minister John Howard said:

"......I'd be saying to clerics who are teaching that there are two laws governing people in Australia, one the Australian law and another the Islamic law, that is false. If you can't agree with parliamentary law, independent courts, democracy, and would prefer Sharia law and have the opportunity to go to another country, which practices it, perhaps, then, that's a better option," Costello said.

"Basically, people who don't want to be Australians, and they don't want to live by Australian values and understand them, well then they can basically clear off," he said. Separately, Howard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques.

In essense, he is asking all Muslims who do not believe in Australian Christian values can just get out.

What would you say to US, Canada, UK who are pussyfooting on this issue?

If they do not want to live by the laws of our lands they can get the f..k out of them!

For NQV: your sharia law allows amputating people for stealing, stoning people to death for adultery, killing people who leave Islam, forcing women to wear stupid "tents", prevents women from traveling without the permission of their husbands etc.
That is not remotely close to any law in the West, if you wish to live by this barbaric code go back to the desert you came from, we do not want you among us.

The irony is this. TRUE SHARIA Laws are closer to the constitutions of Australia and the United States. Why does the dollar bill say IN GOD WE TRUST and not IN JESUS WE TRUST? True Islam similarly says in GOD we TRUST. Also, remember that TRUE ISLAM in accordance with the Quran believes that the LORD ALMIGHTY himself has given FREE WILL and the opportunity to execute the FREE WILL to one and all in the matters of religion and conscience.

It is not allowed for a Muslim ruler to impose ISLAM on the ruled at any time. Islam may be forced only in situations where someone is forcing their system on Muslims in Muslim lands. THEN and ONLY THEN it is allowed for Muslims to force their system on ONLY THOSE who want to force Muslims to live in accordance to their laws.

TRUE SHARIA LAW allows the Jewish folks to live under the Jewish laws and the Christians to live under the Christian laws and that is the MUSLIM LAW or SHARIA LAW.

What we see represented in the media is Saudi Law which if applied elsewhere becomes contrary to the Quran, which says in 10:99 "If Allah willed it, all nations would be Muslim. Would you then use FORCE (to spread ISLAM)". This verse clearly warns Muslims that if you pretend to be more than Allah, then God help you!! literally!!

Intolerance has no role in the TRUE SHARIA LAW. Over time many Muslim rulers have distorted the Sharia law to suit their political goals and have used mendacity and expediency to acheive what they saw were acceptable to achieve the final outcome of turning people to ISLAM, when the Almighty Himself does not wish to force faith on people. During the time of the Prophet there were Jews and Christians freely practicing their faith under Muslim rule. TRUE MUSLIM rule is tolerant.

In Australia or America, you are allowed to practice ISLAM. In my personal view there is no conflict between such countries that allow Muslims to practice their laws in freedom. However, should a nation restrict Muslims from practicing their laws, then Muslims are required to leave the country or fight the unjust laws. In my view fighting the laws of the US or Australia would be the most stupid thing Muslims could do, as we are able to practice our faith and many people in these countries are turning to ISLAM by the droves.

Of course, every country has to have its citizens go along with the laws, made by the Govt.
